| Job Description / Responsibilities | Following is the Work Profile: - Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening, calls etc.)
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centres or other events
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
- HR generalist activities such as Employee engagements, grievance handling etc.
- Administration activities related to HR as well as other office working activities.

| Desired Profile of the candidate | - Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager in the end to end recruitment process
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job portals
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Excellent communicator & graduate from any stream
- Well-organized
- A leader and strategic thinker
- Candidate must have minimum 3 years work experience in HR consultancy as a recruiter or as a team leader
