The company is a market leader in Power System Analysis on ETAP Software, Power Plant Design Engineering, Field Testing- Commissioning, Condition Monitoring and Diagnostic Testing of EHV, HV and MV Electrical Equipment.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Following is the Work Profile:

    • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
    • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
    • Lead employment branding initiatives
    • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
    • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening, calls etc.)
    • Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
    • Assist in employee retention and development
    • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centres or other events
    • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
    • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
    • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
    • Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
    • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
    • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
    • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-filltime-to-hire and source of hire
    • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
    • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
    • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
    • HR generalist activities such as Employee engagements, grievance handling etc.
    • Administration activities related to HR as well as other office working activities.
Qualification
  • Candidates with relevant Experience in the job description activities naratedabove & qualifications of  B.Com, M.Com, BFA, BMS, and MBA/MMS can apply.
  • An individual ,actively working

OR

  • May have taken VRS or even Retired but Physically and Mentally healthy enough to work without any strings for the next 5 years, can also apply.
Desired Profile of the candidate
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager in the end to end recruitment process
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job portals
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Excellent communicator & graduate from any stream
  • Well-organized
  • A leader and strategic thinker
  • Candidate must have minimum 3 years work experience in HR consultancy as a recruiter or as a team leader
