The company is a market leader in Power System Analysis on ETAP Software, Power Plant Design Engineering, Field Testing – Commissioning, Condition Monitoring and Diagnostic Testing of EHV, HV and MV Electrical equipment.

Job Description / Responsibilities

The Job Profile shall include the following activities related to operational engineering projects and Commercial activities,

  • Preparing techno-commercial proposals and following up till finalization,
  • Checking, reviewing and acknowledging Purchase orders.
  • Controlling, Monitoring, Replying day to day emails and carrying on self-correspondence, Tender documentation, Tender Uploading
  • Preparing, and monitoring invoices and payment follow-ups,
  • Maintaining commercial documents, Tenders,
  • Carry out activities as directed by the Director for a day to day work.
  • Coordinate with Staff and office group for the work as directed by the director.
  • Minimum proven typing speed of 25 to 30wpm.
  • Skilltotakedictationonacomputerdirectlyisnecessary.
  • Ability to do self-correspondence and Full Documentation.
  • Good Spoken/ written English.
  • CommandoverWord, Excel, PPT, PDF and Outlook

Qualification:

  • The candidate shall be a Graduate (B.com, BA, BMS) with specific experience in the job description activities narrated above.
  • Graduate with Good command of Dictation and English can also apply.
  • An individual actively working OR may have taken VRS or even Retired but Physically and Mentally healthy to work without any strings for the next 5 years, can also apply.
  • A candidate with good and accurate typing speed shall be preferred.

Desired Profile of the Candidate

  • A candidate shall be a Graduate with Experience as described in the job description/responsibilities.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with a background of working in a similar functional area.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, command over English and taking down dictation directly on a computer shall be preferred and necessary.

b)   Central Railway Side between CST to Thane or
