Design and Providing Consultancy Services for System Study. Scope of work includes, ・ Harmonics Filter Design for Capacitor Bank : a. Advance along with order b. i. Normal operating conditions of generation and grid supply. ii. With Grid isolated and furnaces in normal operation. c. Carry out Harmonic Analysis and submit the report for the measurement carried out to identify the specific orders of harmonics, required to be mitigated. d. Based on the Harmonic Analysis report, carry out a Harmonic Filter design and submit functional specification of Harmonic filter components. ・ Event Sequence Recorder : a. Advance along with order b. Study and Identify the signals for, i. Digital input and output commands for fault indication & ii. Analogue input and output commands for parameter measurement Submit the list of above Input, Output list. c. Prepare and submit purchase specification for a suitable event sequence recorder. d. ESR interconnection & ii. Control cable schedules for ESR. ・ GIS & Load Flow Study for VAR Compensation : a. Advance along with order. b. Electrical system modelling and submission of Key SLD based on the data provided by HEG and data compilation to perform further studies. The key SLD shall be prepared for the purpose of this study only. c. Engineer, i. Grid islanding scheme ii. Load shedding scheme for continuous parallel operation of TG sets with the grid. d. Carry out Load Flow studies : Based on the Load Flow study results, recommend the modes of TG set AVR for MVAR generation and operation philosophy of various Capacitor Banks. e. Carry out Transient Stability study to derive the settings for various protection functions of only GIS & LSS scheme. |
